Balabel Group is a diversified industrial organisation headquartered in the Sultanate of Oman, providing engineering, industrial and commercial solutions across the Middle East, India and Africa. Over nearly two decades, the Group has expanded its presence across multiple industries through a combination of technical capability, strategic partnerships and long-term business development.
Today, the organisation operates across engineering & construction, industrial services, manufacturing support, oil & gas, marine works, mining, logistics, commodity trading and technical manpower solutions. Its integrated business model enables the Group to support complex industrial projects while continuing to pursue new investment opportunities and sustainable long-term growth.
As the Vice Chairman, I contribute to the Group's long-term strategic direction, with responsibilities centered on evaluating new business opportunities, stakeholder development, investments, acquisitions, strategic partnerships and geographic expansion.
My work also includes commercial strategy, corporate planning and the assessment of emerging industries that complement the Group's long-term objectives. Alongside these responsibilities, I remain actively involved in reviewing major commercial proposals, evaluating investment opportunities and supporting the development of new business ventures.

Ceremonial & Co. is an independent hospitality venture established with the ambition of creating a modern café experience centered on quality, thoughtful design and meaningful customer experiences. While specialty matcha forms the foundation of the concept, the business has been developed around a broader philosophy: creating a space where people can work, meet, learn and pause within the rhythm of everyday life.
Rather than viewing hospitality as the simple act of serving food and beverages, Ceremonial & Co. approaches it as the design of an experience—where product quality, operational discipline, customer flow, atmosphere and service work together to create lasting value.
As one of the Founders, I am responsible for defining the long-term direction of Ceremonial & Co., ensuring that every aspect of the business remains aligned with its vision, brand identity and customer experience.
My responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, commercial decision-making, operational oversight and the continual refinement of the customer proposition. I also focus on identifying opportunities for sustainable growth, building strategic collaborations and establishing the foundations required to scale the business while preserving the standards and identity upon which it was built.
